Fran,
I received my candle and cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am with what you've done. To start off with, the packaging was phenomenal. I don't think the candle would have gotten scratched or broken had the postman threw it from the street onto the front porch. (We will be traveling 4 hours for the wedding, and I've decided to transport the candle in your original packaging.)
I have to admit, I was worried the picture I e-mailed to you might not look so good on the actual finished product. However, you told me that it would work just fine, and of course you were right. Everything you decided for the layout and the design colors you used were fantastic. I agree with the separators you chose, (I chose a set, but you thought it best to cut those down to avoid being too long) for the back of the candle above and below the poem. The lemon scent is wonderful.....thank you so much. I don't think anyone will expect to smell the lemon scent on an ivory candle.
I am so grateful for your excellent communication and EXTRA effort in making sure the candle looked the best it possibly could and to ensure it was delivered well in advance of the wedding date.
I wish I could tell everyone who is in the market for a wedding day or memorial candles to view your site. You were so very helpful in every aspect of the ordering process and I can't thank you enough for adding such a special touch to our wedding. I can honestly say having the candle you created at our wedding will bring a smile and a joyful tear to everyone there.

Thank you for the lovely Vase and the candle. I know this message is long overdue. The packaging was more than enough. I received them in wonderful shape nothing happened to them. I know you said not to add real flowers in the vase but I used a short vase and little water and put carnations in it and nothing happened. The candle vase was placed on our head table and the candle was lit after we got married. it was all so wonderful. Thanks for your speedy service.

First of all, thank you so much for the wonderful memorial candle that you made for my wedding in memory of my father. It was so hard to lose my dad so suddenly just a little over two months ago, it still seems surreal. At first I didn't think I would be able to carry on with the wedding without him, but I know he would want me to try and celebrate the day and know that he's always there in spirit, even though I want him to be there so much. Thank you so much for making what will be a very important part of our wedding day.

Everyone has been left breathless when looking at the loving tribute to my loved ones who will not be at our wedding. It is sooo nice, Fran. Great job!!! Thank you so much. I don't know how we got along w/ the internet. It has been a life saver for us purchasing items for our daughters wedding i.e blank invitations that we have printed ourselves off our printer, Save the Date cards, accessories and a lot information pertaining to wedding planning and of course the beautiful candle you made for us!!!!
When I receive the items I order over the internet I am always sooo happy with my choices. And by the way one other reason why I picked your candles was you could put more than 3 names on the candle. All the other sites I looked at only allowed 3. Till I found Frans Candles!!! My lucky day when I found your site! It's Perfect and I know both families will be so touched!

I received the candle on Tuesday as promised. It is beautiful. Thanks for making this such a convenient experience. With all the choices you offer for borders, graphics, fonts, etc., I never would have been able to put it together. I'm so glad I could give you the opportunity to design it, and that you made the effort to do so. You really went above and beyond the call of duty communicating everything with me. The candle is truly a memorial to Jon and it gives our family a visible sense that he is there when we get together. You have a repeat customer here since my mother now wants to order one in my father's memory too. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you; and we'll be in touch soon.

Hey my buddy Fran
I just want to let you know that I received my candle today. So did my mother. She was so touched. I haven't heard from anyone else at this time. I have to tell you that these are incredible. They are so beautiful. The pictures on the website do not do them any justice. Thank you for making such a wonderful candle. This will last a life time. They where made and received in such a timely manner. You were such a pleasure to do business with Fran.

YOU ARE AMAZING!!! I never thought I'd cry when I saw the finished product, but it really took me by surprise to see how beautiful it turned out! Yes, I cried!!! I can't wait until it gets here!! I will definitely take pictures or have someone take pictures of me giving it to Leigh...and I'll email it to you...
Thank you so much for taking so much time with me to make this perfect. I know without a doubt that Momma will be smiling as big as ever when I give the candle to Leigh.

Mr. Fran,
Although I called to let you know the candle arrived safely, I wanted to write you a note to express my many thanks for all of the time you spent with me to help me design the "perfect" memorial candle. You made the process of designing it so easy and went out of your way to make sure it was perfect for us. I never expected the extra personal touches you added...and the way you singled out two words (not knowing the meaning behind them) really meant a lot to me. After explaining to Leigh and Brandun how I came up with the letter on the back of the candle, they agreed that you perfected it by putting "Roll Tide" in pink! Only our immediate family knew the meaning behind that and I truly feel like you sensed a special meaning and made it extra special for us.

Leigh and Brandun absolutely LOVE it. They were extremely happy with the finished product and told me that this candle will be placed near them at the altar. What a wonderful way to honor such a special woman!!

Thank you again for all of the time and talent you put into making this memorial candle for us. I know Leigh and Brandun will find a special place in their home to display this artwork and will treasure it always.

After searching and searching website after website; I found Franscandles and was so excited to see all the different types of candles and layouts for frames and verses. After I emailed the photos and verses to him; the layout he created; led me to tears; because they were so perfect. I'm telling everyone I know; about Fran and his wonderful work. He is absolutely the best.

Hi Fran
I'm sorry it has taken me so long to send you another thank you for the beautiful candles you created; for my daughter's wedding in September. We are still waiting for photos....so...as soon as I receive a good one of our family; I will send it for sure.

The candle display was a big hit. They are now displayed beautifully in her home; nestled in navy-blue crushed velvet; as they were at the wedding. She said she will cherish them forever. We can't thank you enough for all your hard work. I promise to stay in touch, and will send a photo or two, very soon!

Good Morning Fran,
I wanted to let you know that I received the candle on Saturday.
It arrived in perfect condition and is more beautiful then even the photo shows.
I’m so excited about presenting the candle to my sister this evening at rehearsal and I know she is going to be so touched.
I will be getting in touch with you soon to place another order for a holiday memorial candle for my mother.
I took your advise and looked at the hurricane page and think this would be perfect!
As soon as I get an idea of what I want on it, I’ll send you an email so you can work up a design.

Fran-
I wanted to let you know that we received our candles a while back and they are beautiful and very nicely done. We are both impressed with the quality and in the future we will buy more candles from you and will definitely recommend you to our friends and family. I did a lot of searching and thought you would be pleased to know that of all of the candle shops I checked out, your candles were by far the best.
I apologize that it has taken me so long to let you know what a fantastic job you did but things have been crazy here… Thanks so much!
